12-Week Community Chaplains Academy. This classroom training is every Thursday night from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. beginning February 3, 2022 with the last class taking place on April 21, 2022 - followed by field training.
12-week Community Chaplains Academy classroom training is every Thursday night from 6:00 p.m. to 12:00 p.m. beginning February 3, 2022 with the last class taking place on April 21, 2022, followed by 3 months of field training.
This is in-person training and seating is limited due to CDC Guidelines regarding COVID-19. Face masks are required to attend.
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY: Due to limited seating, we require a $100 non-refundable deposit be made at least one week prior to the beginning of the Academy. Payment arrangements can then be made for the remaining balance.
If you choose to pay in full, and then decide to cancel, the $100 deposit is non-refundable; however, If you request to cancel at least 7 days or more in advance of the class starting date, you will receive a full refund of the remaining balance you paid, or you may apply your fee to a future training class within one year. This gives us ample opportunity to fill the vacancy. You may cancel by phone or via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Cancellations made within 1-6 days will incur a 50% admin fee, or in order to avoid this fee, you may request that we apply your full fee to a future training class within one year. Cancellations made within 24 hours or less are non-refundable as we cannot fill your space and your class materials have already been prepared. I am aware that payment of the $100 deposit does not secure my admittance into this Academy and that I must complete the Application which must then be reviewed and approved by the Academy Coordinator.
